Backyard BBQ Battle & Brews

Join us for the premier amateur grilling event, our annual Backyard BBQ Battle & Brews, hosted by CASA of Linn County and Deluxe Brewing on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

The competition is a family-friendly community event featuring public tastings, live music, and raffle drawings. Here are the specific details if you want to attend or compete:

  • Event Date & Time: Saturday, September 12, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM.

  • Location: Deluxe Brewing Company, 635 NE Water Ave, Albany, OR.

  • Team Registration: If you want to compete, the entry fee is $125.00. Teams can compete in categories like beef brisket and/or pork, and vie for the title of Amateur BBQ Champion.

  • Tickets: General admission is ticketed for public tasting and event entry.
